4 Stage Micro Filter

4-Stage under the counter filters have 4 filters as the name implies. The filter gets connected to the cold water line under the sink, and has its own shutoff valve for service and emergency situations. Incoming water passes through all 4 stages being filtered in the process before coming out on top of the sink through the drinking faucet. 

The first stage is made of food-grade High-capacity polypropylene which reduces sediment, rust, dirt, sand, silt and scale.

The Second stage can either be made of Bone Char which filter Chlorine and Floride, and KDF55(Kinetic Degradation Fluxion) which is a high-purity copper-zinc formulation that uses a basic chemical process known as redox (oxidation/reduction) to remove chlorine, lead, mercury, iron, and hydrogen sulfide or Granulated Activated Carbon (GAC) and KDFwhich we customize based on customers location and needs.

The third stage uses Ultra-D Nano filtration system which reduces or removes the following pathogens:

• >99.99% viruses (polio, rotovirus, norovirus, etc.)**
• >99.99% bacteria (e coli, legionella, pseudomonas, etc.)**
• >99.95% cysts (giardia, cryptosporidium, etc.)**

The ULTRA-D filter removes or reduces the following heavy metals:

• >95% Lead**
• >80% Ferrous Iron**
• >95% Arsenic V**
• >95% Cadmium**
• >85% Chromium**
• >75% Selenium**
• >60% Mercury

The ULTRA-D filter removes or reduces the following organics and inorganic chemicals:
• Chlorine
• Bromine
• Iodine
• VOCs (volatile organic compounds)
• PCBs and BPA
• Residual pharmaceuticals
• Bio-fouling precursors: organic acids, proteins, polysaccharides

The fourth stage is a CTO Carbon filter made with high quality coconut shell based carbon material reducing Chlorine, Bad-Odor and taste, sediment, dirt, sand, and rust further cleaning and generating better tasting water.
